Amazon Seller Support Team Is The Best And Worst I Have Ever Met

I upload inventory file and met issues, like error code 8005 and 6024. I knew the codes mean and how to fix it.

Then I did it as what suggested, but still didn't work.

I opened a case (case ID: 14930568261), the seller support team repeat the content of help page.

I claimed the issue not fixed and need help, the seller support team repeat the content of help page.

Again I claimed the issue not fixed and need help, the seller support team repeat the content of help page.

Once again I claimed the issue not fixed and need help, the seller support team repeat the content of help page.

Amazon Seller Support Team was quick, that is the best, especially compared to Walmart.

In the meantime, Amazon Seller Support Team was worst, not helping sellers at all.

They are only keeping repeating something useless. I suddenly know why they would be cut.
