AMAZON LOST MY ITEMS
39 of my products went to Amazon warehouses. 10 items were added to my inventory with my previous shipment number. The remaining 29 were not added and were processed as 39/0 as if I had not sent any items. I sent all the products in one box. If 10 of them came, the others must have left too. They blamed the cargo company. They said they returned the products. I asked for a return document but they don't send it. I do online arbitrage. I buy products from Amazon America. I sell in Canada. I send an invoice to prove that the products belong to me. Amazon does not accept its own invoice.

That is correct. You bought from a retailer, you got a receipt, not an invoice. You did not purchase your products from an authorized distributor so there is no way of knowing that the products are real or not.
