Hello,

I have been selling on Amazon since November 6, 2024, fully complying with all of Amazon’s policies and requirements. My account has a strong performance history, with no complaints and many satisfied customers who have had a seamless shopping experience.

Recently, I encountered the "Your Account Does Not Qualify" message, which has unexpectedly restricted certain features. Despite meeting all the necessary criteria, I am struggling to understand why this limitation has been applied to my account.

I consistently monitor my account health, ensure all orders are shipped on time, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. However, this restriction has significantly impacted my sales. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What steps can be taken to resolve this?
