Charged while no access to account

I was not able to login to my Seller account for weeks.

Amazon continued to charge my card because I was not able to login and change my account.

When I was able to login, I changed my account from Seller to Individual - and Amazon still want to charge me! The only way I could stop Amazon continuing to charge my card, was to deactivate the card at the bank. Amazon didn't help me for weeks. It took less than 10 days before it shut down access to my Individual Seller account, because it wants more money.

It shows that Amazon are not good to work with. Amazon charged my credit card for 2 months while I couldn't get access, or help, for the account. When I recently got access, I made it Individual and Amazon still wants $$. The present balance should be $0.

This shows how Amazon is not good to work with and there is no help when it is needed. I had weeks of useless replies. The most recent reply told me to "open a Business account". That was the thing I thought was not active. I couldn't login! Assistance to login was what I needed weeks - weeks before I get an answer (and Amazon just kept charging for an account that couldn't be logged into).
