Brand Registry is stuck Pending

My Brand Registry is stuck pending and I cannot reapply due to the new application saying the application is "Under Review" for this brand. I have a case that is "Answered" (Case ID 14691886691)from January 26th, but I cannot do anything with this and the whole situation is at a standstill unless I can update my current application or start over.

When looking at details of my case (ID 14671520321) it says "cannot be reopend" When I clock to "contact us" for assistance I get to a blank page saying "You do not have any brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. To start using our brand protection tools, enroll at least one brand. Learn more about Brand Registry’s application process." Thus I cannot move forward. I cannot start a new application because this is pending and I cannot contact help about the case on the application.
