How to get negative review removed
The customer left a negative review on a cookie, which is a bottle cooler, saying it was not a bottle cooler when they ordered two different colors of the same item but claimed one of them is not a bottle cooler when it is the exact same item... Also, complaining about the price difference when it's priced due to that particular color being more popular. They did not contact me for a refund or return. This is my first review, and I submitted a request for it to be removed from through Amazon, but it was denied. Is there any way to go about getting this removed?
