I HAVE A SHOPIFY STORE IN AJAX, ONTARIO AND SENT VIA THE AMAZON CARRIER UPS CANADA 95 SOLID BARS OF SOAP FOR AMAZON FULFILMENT. THEY ARE CLAIMING THEY ONLY RECEIVED 26 SOLID BARS OF SOAP. THE PACKAGE WEIGHT AT UPS WAS 11 KILOGRAMS AND I DID NOT PUT 26 BARS OF SOAP PLUS ROCKS TO MAKE THE 11 KILO. THE WEIGHT OF ONE BAR OF SOAP IS 115 GRAMS.
HAS ANY OTHER SELLER HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM?

Yes, just send in your invoice and signed packing list and proof of shipment and Amazon will reimburse you

Hello @Seller_8ci4Zetj6ItPc,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums!
I understand your situation with your missing units on your shipment. Adding to @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7's comment, you would need to Reconcile your shipment.
You can go to Reconcile your shipment to learn more about the investigation process.
After your shipment has arrived at an Amazon fulfillment centre, the Contents tab on the Shipment summary page will display the status of the units as they are received. If there are any differences between what you have sent in the shipment and what is received, use the tools within the Contents tab to:
- Get detailed information about discrepancies between your shipping plan and what the fulfillment centre received
- Provide more information about the shipment contents
- Request an investigation into missing or unexpected items
Reconciliation of shipped inventory usually takes 2 to 30 days. In some cases, it will take up to 60 days. You can track the status of your shipment in the Shipping Queue with the status cycling through In Transit, Delivered, Checked-In, Receiving, and finally Closed. To learn more, go to How Amazon receives and stores your inventory.
I hope this information helps. In case you need further support feel free to comment on this forum so I can provide more help.
Kind regards,
-Josh
