I design my own laser engrave files however, I want to sell my designs on cards through Printify. does Amazon handmade allow POD or do I need to use a regular seller account?

As part of the application process Amazon will request details about your products and business to ensure the integrity of the Handmade store. Based on your current description it may not meet the expectations of the review process however you can always apply and see if it works for your business.
