Without Sellers there would be NO AMAZON - No real support to Sellers

Why doesn't Amazon support their own sellers, because without sellers, this marketplace would not exist. Customer service is sadly lacking for Sellers. Seller policies like not having to refund a Buyer for receiving damaged items sounds good to entice sellers to the platform, but that policy is not enforced. Instead buyer gets full auto-refund within 2 days, There's no way to stop it. Seller gets stuck with damaged product, eats the shipping cost out and the return cost back to them and still gets charged amazon selling fees. It's ridiculous! Sellers have no control over their own returns that should never be refunded in the first place. Amazon just creates an environment for buyers to send back anything and get refunds no matter what they send back in their return... damaged...other items not belonging to the seller, etc. Why do buyers keep doing this? Because Amazon allows it and even supports the buyers to do it.

Amazon does not care for its sellers.

They need us. True. But there is so many of us, that each individual seller is not valued more than a speck of sand.

Hi @Seller_LoCfJ845YqzkY,

I wanted to jump in here and see if there is a specific situation I can help with? I'm not sure how you sell (FBA or MFN), but both options typically have a process to follow that will help protect you if product is not returned in the original state it was sent. For FBA, you can file a claim for reimbursement. For MFN, you can file a SAFE-T claim.

As stated above, I'm happy to provide further help or guidance if you have a specific order or return you need help with.
