Our shipment abilities have been temporarily suspended due to a failure to comply with Amazon’s product preparation requirements.
Amazon's requirement is not exceed 25" for either width, length or height.
Due to the nature of our products, the height is 25" or a little bit more than 25".
According to Amazon -
Boxes that contain a single oversize item that do not fit the above dimension limitations must comply with the following requirements:
Boxes may exceed 63.5 cm, but must not measure more than 73.7 cm.
Boxes may exceed 23 kg, but must not weigh more than 30 kg. exceed 63.5 cm on any side. A box may exceed the 63.5 cm if it contains oversize units that measure longer than 63.5 cm. Boxes that are excessively large relative to the oversize units may be subject to restriction of shipping privileges, additional fees, or refusal at a fulfillment center.
Shipping single oversized items that weigh weight more than 30 kg is allowed only by enrolling into the FBA Heavy and Bulky program. In this case, the product box must not exceed 150 cm in length or a girth of more than 3 meters [girth = (2 x width) + (2 x height) + length].
We can comply with the requirements.

To resolve inbound performance alerts, you have two options: acknowledge or dispute.
To acknowledge the problem:
- On the Shipping Queue page, in the first column, click “View problems” for a shipment with problems.
- On the Shipment summary page, go to the Problems tab to see specific shipment- or product-related problems.
- Click the Resolve button for an affected item. In the Problem reported tab of the pop-up window, you will see a description of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. If images were captured for your product, they will also be shown here.
- To finish, click the Acknowledge button.
If you disagree with the findings, you may submit a Problem Investigation request directly in Seller Central within 30 days of the date Amazon notifies you of the problem. To dispute the problem:
- On the Shipping Queue page, in the first column, click “View problems” for a shipment with problems.
- On the Shipment summary page, go to the Problems tab to see specific shipment- or product-related problems.
- Click the Resolve button for an affected item. In the Problem reported tab of the pop-up window, you will see a description of the problem and how to avoid it in the future. If images were captured for your product, they will also be shown here.
- If you disagree with the problem, click on the Submit dispute tab. We may request additional information from you.
- Once you submit the request, we will create a case for you and send you an email confirmation. You may be asked to attach additional evidence to your case within 7 days to complete the request. For example, you may be asked to submit an image of your prepared or labeled product for us to help solve the problem.
