Amazon's system sees our company as inactive

Hi all!

Our company has been trading on Amazon for about two years. We had no problems with verification. The company is British and we started with the UK market. We have been trying to sell in the USA for about a year. A few days ago, the following message appeared in the account info:

"You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.Your information is currently being validated. We will contact you if additional information is required.Once we have received and been able to validate your data, we can open your Selling on Amazon payment account. Otherwise we might ask for additional information."

We couldn’t understand what was going on and today we received a letter, the meaning of which is as follows:

"[Action Required] Information needed for your Selling on Amazon payment account

We cannot continue with the verification of your account because your business records show that your company is currently inactive.

What do I have to do?

To proceed with the verification of your account, you must provide the following information by replying to this email within the next 60 days:

-- Clarify the current status of your registered business, including but not limited to active, dissolved, dormant, or in liquidation. If the business is dissolved, you must also confirm the date of the dissolution of business.

-- Clarify if you intend to use your Selling on Amazon account.

-- Confirm if you would like to register with another active business.

-- Clarify if you have activated your registered business from a dormant status under filing history in company house. If yes, you must also confirm the date when you reactivated your account.

-- Clarify if you intend to use your Selling on Amazon account.

-- Confirm if you would like to register with another active business."

We absolutely do not understand what is happening. The status of our company in Company House is active. There was nothing mentioned in the letter. What should we provide? A link to the company house UK or something else?

Thanks!
