All item stranded with 2d barcode

Hello, for the past 1 month, I have often had difficulty sending my FBAs with the web form. The platform I use to list tells me to use the 2d barcode because anyway it will be the only method accepted after January 20th. My problem is that I sent about 1500 SKUs this way but they were all stranded and I needed to resubmit them one by one. Anyone have an idea why?
