Does Amazon Canada pay taxes to the government for me?
The documentation is fairly week but in places it does mention that Amazon as an MPF collects and remits (pays) taxes.
I have all GST/HST, QST and PST numbers for my business and I do see that my customer order's contain the proper taxes on them - Does Amazon pay the collected GST/HST, QST and PST to the government and provinces? Or does Amazon forward the collected tax to me and I have to pay the appropriate taxes to the government myself?

Have you plugged in your tax numbers into Amazon? If you have, you are responsible to remit. For PST in BC, QC etc if you are not registered in those provinces, then Amazon remits for you. If you are registered for PST in all provinces, it is your responsibility to remit.
