Slime Kit ISO 17025 Accredited report- Amazon Canada
Hi. I am a new Amazon seller, and I have registered the Slime kit. Amazon is requesting an ISO17025-accredited report. My supplier sent a compliance report, which I have submitted; however, Amazon has rejected those reports. According to the supplier, many customers (Amazon sellers) have used the same report, and Amazon has approved those reports. I am not sure what to do now as I am unable to obtain the report Amazon has required.
any help or lead to the solution will be appreciated.
