My Account deactivated under Section 3 of the Amazon Services business Solutions Agreement.

I recently received an email notifying me that my account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

I am surprised, as I believe I have adhered to all Amazon policies and guidelines.

Email From Amazon:

Hello,

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

Why is this happening?

We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. Amazon has several product detail and listing policies to ensure customers have a consistent buying experience and receive items in the condition they expect. Additional information regarding these policies can be found at the following Seller Central pages

How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.

At first, I don't know what is the main reason.

While I want to reactivate my account Amazon wants invoices from me I submitted invoices from suppliers but Amazon rejected them.

can anybody tell me what I do now?

See the Screenshot which option I should choose?

Thanks,

What were the items in question?

Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?

Did you purchase through legitimate AUTHORIZED WHOLESALERS for your inventory?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen recently. I understand that our team has concerns regarding the authenticity of your product. If there are any indicators that your product is not authentic, our team will be obligated to request additional documentation to show the origination.

To clarify, you were sourcing from the brand, but our team has rejected the invoices that were provided to you? Does the document show the transaction between the brand and yourself? Can our team verify the details of the document to the details in your account? If they are unable to do so or they identify any discrepancies, they will reject your overall submission.

What other documents do you have available that can show the origination of your product? Please be aware that if our team cannot verify any of the documents you are providing, we cannot guarantee a resolution for the concern that you are experiencing.

We do encourage you to continue to provide any added details or updates you have on this situation to this thread for support.

Best,

Hello R_Kainat,

After reviewing the situation, the appropriate team has informed me that the invoice you are attempting to submit is invalid. I kindly request that you refrain from sending those invoices, as they will be denied.

Please ensure that you follow the proper invoicing compliance procedures. It is crucial that the invoices you provide are original and unaltered. Please make the necessary corrections to ensure your invoices meet the required standards:

1. Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured. These documents:

• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days

• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain

• Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

2. Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

3. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

Please visit the pages Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements, Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, Appeal an account deactivation or listing removal and Program Policies for more information.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to receiving compliant invoices from you in the future.

Best regards,

-Nikki
