I reached out to Amazon support regarding the tracking information issue. They advised me to update the tracking information before delivery. However, as I explained I purchased the shipments from a carrier and entered the tracking numbers on my Amazon account for the order, this is what I have done for more than thousands of orders so far...... they suggested asking the carrier to update the tracking information for Amazon. I clarified that the carrier wouldn't necessarily know that the package is for an Amazon order, as they handle millions of shipments besides Amazon's. I'm seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue.

Is Puraltor an integrated carrier with Amazon? If not, then the tracking information isn't scanned to Amazon as Received, In-Transit or Delivered.

I submitted a ticket and Amazon replied that I should have manually selected "Purolator" from the dropdown options. My shipping API was automatically choosing "OTHER" and then entering the carrier name "PUROLATOR" instead of selecting "Purolator" from the dropdown. This method had been working for almost 5 years, but suddenly on April 26th, I received this warning!

Thank you so much! I selected "Other" and entered "Purolator" as well and it worked fine before. I'll try selecting "Purolator" from the drop down. Hope this works!

Amazon still has an issue with validating tracking numbers.
Regarding case 15183638141 you asked me to choose "PUROLATOR" from the drop down list in Amazon seller.
I did it and now AGAIN these order numbers have been marked as NOT VALID TRACKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the above order as soon as I shipped them, I selected "Purolator" from the drop-down list of carriers. but still marked as nonvalid tracking.
I don't want this issue which is from the AMAZON system, to affect my selling on Product Category.
