Help in regards to amazon reinstatement, where we are being asked about the ASINs Which we never listed.
Dear Amazon Team,
We have already submitted all the required invoices and supporting evidence for the ASINs initially flagged by your team. However, we are now being asked to provide invoices for ASINs that we have never listed or sold on our account.
This concern has already been clearly communicated in multiple Plans of Action, yet the same requests continue to be raised without addressing the issue at hand. We respectfully request a thorough review of our submissions and urge you to acknowledge that the ASINs in question do not belong to our catalogue.
We are committed to full compliance and look forward to your quick resolution of this matter.

There have been many posts from (former) sellers that had the same issue.
Did you APPLY to sell something without having an LOA and proper invoices first?
Amazon takes the stance that merely applying is an intent to sell. If you applied for the SAME BRAND and were denied Amazon might be just picking a random same branded item and asking.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…
