Returnless Refunds: How to tell the template upload actually works?

I've been trying to set returnless refunds on one of my items via the spreadsheet template, however I'm still getting returns. How can I tell the upload actually worked? I tried generating the status report and column 4 has "YES", but is this telling me the upload change actually worked or what?

Isn't it all or nothing? I was not aware that you could pick and choose, I was under the impression that your return policy had to be the same for all.

I think you just have to wait for one to come through and verify that it worked. I don't know of any other way.
