proving that the product contains less then 12% hydrogen peroxide
Hello All,
I am looking for advice and/or help from Amazon Seller Support here in the forum.
I have created a listing for a cleaning product that contains hydrogen peroxide.
Had a listing deactivated and it was requested to provide proof that the concentration of hydrogen peroxide in the formulation is less than 12%,
I understand that ideally, there would be an ingredient list on the packaging listing hydrogen peroxide concentration. However in this case, the ingredient list is not on the bottle, instead there is a link to the manufacturer's website that contains the ingredient list. The list does not have exact concentrations there. However, I do have SDS for the product and it clearly states that the hydrogen peroxide concentration is less than equal to 2.5%.
I have so far updated the description of the product with the phrase that it contains no more than 2.5% of hydrogen peroxide. I've also added 2 images to the detail page: ingredient list from the manufacturer's website and the first page of SDS that shows the concentration.
Apparently, that is not enough to reactivate it as I keep getting the following response: " Kindly upload all sides of product image where ingredient label is clearly visible for further review. This product has been identified as a hydrogen peroxide product that could exceed Amazon's policy prohibiting products with greater than 12% hydrogen peroxide concentration. If you disagree, please upload a product image that shows the concentration of hydrogen peroxide to your listing or update the detail page and appeal this decision. Amazon will review the concentration to determine if the listing can be reinstated."
The only way I could satisfy the request literally is to put an additional label on the product with the ingredient list.
Is that what is expected in this case?
Thank you!
I appreciate everyone's advice and opinion on that.

I have been dealing with a similar issue... for months. My product is a topical with camphor. I have proved the level of camphor is 1.5% and Health Canada allows for less than 3%. But still Amazon Seller Support will not allow the ASIN to be reinstated. In my case, you can purchase the exact same product on Amazon.com and have it shipped to Canada.
If you find a solution to this issue please let me know. I am going crazy.
