Deactivated Canada account is affecting my US account
Amazon is accusing me of operating another account in the Canada market, and subsequently, deactivated that market. I honestly have no idea what they are talking about. My account in Canada was never fully set up, and as far as I know, I don't have anything listed there. The deactivated Canada market is affecting certain functions in my US market. They keep telling me that I need to show documentation that I don't operate another account in Canada. Since I don't operate another account, there is no documentation to show them. They're very vague on the whole thing.
We are at a stalemate now. Is there any way to totally cut off the Canada market from my account, so it doesn't affect my US account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you mentioned, your Canada store was deactivated due to an association to another store that us currently unable to sell on amazon. This can be an issue even if the Canada store never listed, sold, or was completely set up.
If we identify the account to be associated to another store in violation of our policy these types of issues can occur.

This is the requirement if you do not own the other account that you were notified of. If you can confirm that you do not own this other store, you will be required to research an understand how this other store is associated to you, and provide supporting documents such as contracts, termination agreements, transfer of ownership and or bill of sale to show how you may be associated but proof that you do not own the other store.
I would recommend reviewing our seller university video on how to address a multiple account policy violation. This also adds additional clarification on the required documents.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
