Our competitor Evernate, has left 9 fake 1 star reviews all coming from the SAME ADDRESS, it is their 3 founders and family leaving these reviews. For our asin, B0CW3LHZR5. 9 out of our 16 one star product reviews/product ratings from negative customer experiences (NCX) have come from this single address and postal code in the past 30 days, M5M 1Y8 located in Toronto. When we go into the order ID details for each review, we notice they are changing their review name to some random name but the order ID name is their real name, which is all the founders of the company and family members. This information was easily looked up on LinkedIN and Facebook. In addition to this, these same reviewers have left 5 star ratings on their own products(the evernate brand) while leaving a 1 star rating on our product, which is the exact same as we private label off the same supplier and have the same NPN number. Furthermore the Evernate corporate address is registered to a PO box in a UPS store (3219 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4N 2L3) that is a 4 minute walk from this postal zone M5M 1Y8, where these 9 reviews took place. Additionally the Evernate packaging address listed on their product at 4789 Yonge St SUITE 403, Toronto, ON M2N 0G3 is a 10 minute walk from this postal zone too….

This competitor has been review bombing our asin for some time now and we feel like these are a clear violation of the friends and family review policy in the amazon community guidelines and want these 9 removed. Furthermore for our NCX rate in our account health page has the same order ID listed there 5 different times from David (company founder) from this M5M 1Y8 postal zone..

We have issued multiple cease and desist letters to them now but to no avail. We are now in the process of taking legal action outside of amazon after these failed attempts to resolve this issue with them. Please note their company officers are also doing this to two other competing asins as well with those reviews also below. Amazon so far has not done a thing to help after over 50 attempts of trying to get these fake reviews removed. I THOUGHT AMAZON HAD A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR THIS KIND OF MALICIOUS BEHAVIOR, yet these reviews are still live on our asin and this seller continues to be able to conduct business on the platform with no consequences.

CAN SOMEONE ACTUALLY HELP US WITH THIS ISSUE IN GETTING THESE FAKE REVIEWS OFF OUR ASIN, GETTING THIS MELCIOUS SELLER OFF THE PLATFORM AND DIRECTING US TO THE RIGHT LEGAL CONTACT FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR OUR LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

Misleading Claims and Poor Quality

I bought this Shilajit from this seller after trying the same product from another store, hoping for a better experience, but I was very disappointed. The seller claims that the product is organic, but there is no official organic badge on the bottle—just a design that makes it look like it’s organic. This feels misleading to me.

On top of that, the bottle arrived without a proper seal, and several capsules were broken inside, making the product unusable. To make matters worse, it also lacks non-GMO certification, which is something I look for in supplements.

Thankfully, Amazon processed my refund, but I would not recommend purchasing from this seller based on this experience.
