Problem with seller account (bag from amazon side)
Hello everyone. I can't solve the problem for 2 months. I hope that someone will help me.
I will describe my problem in order.
I passed verification on Amazon and sent my product to the warehouse. My listing became active, but on the product page - unavailable. Then I contacted support and they told me that the account is not fully activated and that I need to add several documents (ID and proof of address), which I did.
A couple of days later I received an email from Amazon that my account is active and you can sell on Amazon, but my problem was not solved, in the account info I see that my account is inactive and the product is unavailable (vacation status check - off).
I made a call to support and they throw me a link in a circle and ask to add a couple of documents. I have already received a notification 7 times that this does not solve my problem and I do the same thing in a circle. Then the support confirmed that there is a technical problem and transferred my case to another department. A couple of days later I received a second notification,
1. my account is active.
2. my account has not been verified.
And again, everything in a circle. After that, I tried to answer the case that my problem was not solved and I constantly receive the answer from Amazon:
We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes.
I no longer know where to call or write. This is some kind of dead end.
