Reactivate account due to dormancy Canada, followed the email to reactivate and its asking for identity and bank statement again
Hi I am a new AMAZON seller in Canada, I didnt use my account for two days last Friday and Saturday and I got an email on Sunday stating that my account went into dormancy. I went online on Monday to reactivate the account and its asking for me to verify my identity and banking again having done this back in August of this year. Now we have new listings for christmas items which was delivered to amazon this Monday (full trailer truck load)and the inventory was checked and shows available and now i am unable to have my listings active until my account is reactivated. I was giving errors everytime i tried reactivating my account on the settings page and an amazon personnel told me to go to the catalogue page and to view selling applications and upload your personal information again and it takes two business days. I called in today because i saw that the review of my ID and statement will be completed in one week. I asked about this having given the information yesterday that it will take two business days and now they are saying could be one to two weeks. Most of my items is seasonal and now im stuck with a ton load of inventory waiting to go online but sits in amazon fulfillment centre.
could someone assist with this please
