AWD Incorrect address on SPD labels for IUSP Hesperia CA
Well this is a fun one. We created a shipment to AWD which was sent by UPS. It is supposed to ship to this address (verified as a massive Amazon warehouse on Google Maps):
IUSP, 8140 Caliente Rd, HESPERIA CA 92344
The shipment is an SPD shipment, but the labels created for us (by Amazon) went to this address:
IUSP, 8141 Caliente Rd, ONTARIO CA 91761
This address does not exist! There doesn't even seem to be a Caliente Road in Ontario.
Current UPS Status: Ontario CA US - Package held by carrier as street name is incorrect or missing. Please contact the carrier to update your address information.
The associated at Amazon was extremely unhelpful, telling me to correct my address, contact UPS etc. They did not seem to take any responsibility or say something reasonable like 'Thank you for reporting this, I will escalate it immediately.'
Can somebody at Amazon reading this please check the address you provide to UPS for IUSP because it is incorrect.
I am trying to contact UPS to see if they will correct the shipment for me, but I can't create any new SPD shipments until someone corrects the address.

Hi all,
For impacted shipments UPS has reported the address issue which has caused these delays. The AWD team has confirmed that the address has been corrected and shipments are now en-route to the destination site. All shipments should successfully be delivered to the site shortly.
