Returns and refunds

Amazon automatically approves returns and refunds to customers for a total of around $1200, but I still haven't received the goods for over two months now. I tried to make a claim, but the claims team didn't respond much to me, and even stopped responding to my messages afterwards. What should I do in this situation?

This is not fair for the seller, we have not received fair treatment. And when we encounter this kind of situation, no one can help us solve it. I have contacted customer service many times, but it has been of no use.

Are you FBA or FBM? What is the address you have set up for returns?

Hello @Seller_bEGCE79ou0Gu4,

Tatiana from Amazon here. I wanted to echo the questions asked by @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9:

  • Are you selling FBA or Merchant Fulfilled?
  • Do you have a domestic (US) returns address?

For some context, if you sell FBA, customer returns that are undamaged and in a sellable state will be placed back into your sellable FBA inventory. If the returns are damaged and unsellable, you may need to request removal of the inventory.

If your orders are merchant-fulfilled (MFN) and you do not have a domestic return address based in the US, then the returns are likely being processed as returnless refunds. You can learn more about international returns here.

I hope this information helps provide some guidance. Once we know more about how you are selling, we may be able to provide more specific help.
