appeal letter regarding authenticity violation

Hello my account was deactivated because i was selling my generic product under someone else brand, i sent amazon appeal multiple times and and got same answered all the time from amazon. Please guide me what is the proper appeal letter could be ???

here is what i got first performance notification:

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.

Why did this happen?

We have taken this measure because you are offering items that may be inauthentic. A list of these items is provided at the bottom of this message. Our Anti-Counterfeiting policy can be found here:

What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation?

If we do not receive an explanation, or we confirm your account has violated the Anti-Counterfeiting policy, your account will remain deactivated.

here is my appeal letter

Amazon deactivated my account because i violated the Anti-Counterfeiting policy

1. First of all, i would like to mentioned the main root cause of the problem which is that i did not have knowledge of listing product in existing listing.

I thought i can just add my product is any lisitng as long as few details are same. Just because of lack of knowledge i did this violation. This is the main root cause of the problem.

2.Secondly, another mistake i made is that i did not keep the Copies of invoices, receipts from my supplier as i did not know that i have to keep all these records.

3. Thirdly, i did not keep the proper information of my supplier as i just bought it from aliexpress and did not ask any information about my supplier.

Now, the CORRECTIVE ACTION, When amazon sent me the performance notification about account de-activation, the first step that i took is that

I deleted all my listings immediately.

2. I also read the Anti-Counterfeiting policy that I found here: . After reviewing and understanding

the policy i learned about how to list products correctly in existing listings. Lastly, PREVENTATIVE MEASURES , first step, i will be checking all these information before listing the product in existing listing which includes brand name,

product colors, information on the product, product size, what features the product has, i will also be reading the existing listing informaton and make sure that

my product has all those similar functions and it should be exactly same as mentioned in existing listing.

2. If i list the product in existing brand listing, i will make sure that i will have proper authorization document from brand to sell their products.

3. I will also be reading the Anti-Counterfeiting policy that I found here: , everytime i listed the product i will be

reading this policy to make sure that i am followinf all the rules.
