Error 8572 - 3+ weeks, 5 cases opened, 4 cases closed, no resolution even after GTIN validation and Brand Registry - unacceptable

I'm posting here because I am left hanging at a complete loss with no resolution from Amazon Support for what seems to be a technical error. Error 8572 has been ongoing for 3+ weeks. I am now on the 5th case, with the previous 4 being closed without resolution. Both Amazon and GS1 Canada have confirmed the validity of my GTIN/UPC. I own my brand, and it has been trademarked in Canada with CIPO. I have provided all requested documents multiple times. My brand is approved and enrolled with Brand Registry.

So clearly all of my documents are in order and requirements fulfilled, yet I continue to get this error after multiple listing attempts. I have thousands of dollars of inventory sitting in China that cannot be shipped, and now with Chinese New Year I am looking at another additional month delay at least. I specifically started this process the first week of January to avoid this. This is absolutely unacceptable.

As suggested by GS1, I have tried amending my Company Name with GS1 to include my Brand Name (i.e. Company Name dba Brand Name). My Company Name is the same as my Amazon Account and storefront, and is the registered business under me personally. The Brand Name is the brand for the product I am trying to list, which as mentioned has been trademarked under my name. This is my first product and listing. For the first 2 weeks the listing wouldn't even go through at all (wouldn't even appear in Drafts), but then it went through, Amazon generated a SKU, but then it returned the same error, saying ASIN cannot be created due to issues with the Product ID and information.

Open Case: 14708320671

Closed Cases without resolution: 14659311861, 14646748081, 14639748131, 14635003531

Batch ID: 618282802002-d62422bf0baf44b2a81218a47230e3af

I am sorry to hear that, I have been going through the same exact issue. I even created a new listing with NO brand name to avoid the hassle, but AGAIN the same error. It is beyond frustrating because seller support keeps posting copy past spam messages as responses, asking for the SAME GTIN certificate and screenshots, which I am tired of providing.

Even Daryl_Amazon seems to have replied with the same copy paste/automated messaging.

Is there NO resolution to this simple error? Why can't amazon resolve this issue?

I've been battling the same issue. Truthfully, it's been really difficult to deal with Support - Responses seem canned or written by AI.

I have had some success with the matter and can offer how I've done it. In my experience, I've had issues either with the "Item Name" or the "Manufacturer" and Manufacturer Contact Information.

After much frustration and repeatedly attempting re Add Products, I would enter gibberish into all the input fields.

Turns out, when I try to list my product with the item name being the exact GS1 Listing name I receive the 8572 Error. However when I change the Item Name to "asdfasdf" the listing is accepted. Then I just Edit the listing after it's been created and correct the information.

I have also had success when Listing the Manufacturer as "Test" but receive the 8572 error when I properly list it as my company

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any reproduceable results, I've tried using the same "asdfasdf" for a different listing and it did not work.

I know it's not a perfect fix - some of the fields you cannot change afterwards.

Clearly an issue on Amazon's side - but impossible to get an answer of what specifically is the problem - I know issues happen, but a way to talk to a real person vs the endless messages that go no where would should be something considered on their end.
