Lost returned product
A customer bought an item of karaoke machine, then he wanted to return the item and created A-Z case. He contacted A-Z team and provide his prove of returning the item. After that, A-Z team sent me an email to state that customer has returned the item by 07/12/2024 and granted a refund by deduction of my balance. 3 months passed, but my item has not arrived at my warehouse yet, I have tried to contact the customer over the last 3 months to get the tracking ID for the return but no response from him. Also, I contacted Seller Support Agent to get the tracking ID, but they did not. What should I do? I lost my product & my money. Has anyone been faced with this situation? Please give me advice. TIA
