UPS Account won't link
I'm trying to link my UPS account, which I do quite often on Amazon, but it will not work. It keeps saying, "Sorry something went wrong; Please double check your input and contact Amazon if the problem persists." Of course, the problem with the course of action they recommend is that Amazon support it totally useless and equivalent to banging your head against the wall. Can anyone get account linking to work right now?

Have you tried using a invoice and control number from a different UPS invoice rather than the most current?

I had the same problem last week. I clicked refresh on the browser when I got this message, and then was able to proceed and link my accounts. Seems to be a problem with the acceptance of terms part not loading properly.

It appears that the UPS Linking is working again. Fingers crossed that it keeps working.
