Missing Pallets at BNA6 ... Please help!

Is this normal? I sent in 8 pallets to BNA6 and it was Checked-In on August 27, but to-date only half the units are showing as located. It has been over 4 weeks and status has not changed on the balance of missing inventory.

I have the proof of delivery from the carrier CTII transport that 8 pallets were received by Amazon BNA6.

So how do 4 pallets go missing?

Is anyone have experience with this? Please I am losing sleep because this is lots of inventory.

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume. Now, I just took a further look into your shipment FBA18B2Z98JW and do see that it's in the receiving phase. So as of right now, it does look like everything's on the right track!

That said, if all of your units are not properly received once the shipment is closed, you will then want to reconcile your shipment for further investigation. If this does happen, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can help you further.

In the meantime, please continue to keep an eye on this shipment. And of course, please let me know if you have any additional questions!

Now, I just took a further look into your shipment FBA18B2Z98JW and do see that it's in the receiving phase. So as of right now, it does look like everything's on the right track!

That said, if all of your units are not properly received once the shipment is closed, you will then want to reconcile your shipment for further investigation. If this does happen, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can help you further.
