I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or has advice on how to resolve it.
I originally set up my Amazon seller account while located in one country and recently registered a business entity in another. Although I’ve successfully updated my tax information and business address, I’m unable to change the country of registration for the legal entity in the account settings. The system seems to block this update, even though, according to Amazon’s guidelines, this process should be straightforward or automated.
This issue has been ongoing for over two months, and despite contacting support multiple times, I haven’t been able to get a resolution. It’s preventing me from starting my business operations, and I feel stuck without a clear way forward.
If anyone has encountered this problem before or knows what steps I should take, I would deeply appreciate your insights or advice.
