I have an active charge method but I can't see the link to upload my documents. Also, I am not able to contact the help center, I just get the same message again and again.
Ricardo, an Amazon employee, suggested I click on a link on my last discussion but that did not help as I was redirected to the same "your account is inactive page". He also suggested I go to [Account Info> Account Overview > Reactivate Account] if that link did not work but still this took me to the same "your account is inactive page". It has been 3 days since I've replied and told him that neither of these options worked and I have not heard back from him. So I'm hoping someone else can help me with this issue.

Are you using an actual credit card (one you receive a statement for, charges interest on the balance, etc.) or a debit card? Debit cards are accepted for registering for a seller account but you must have a credit card in order to sell. Does everything on the card exactly match the legal entity information entered in your selling account? Go over everything and make sure they match.
If all the above is true, try entering the card on the buyer side first, that is the buyer account associated with your seller account, wait an hour or so, then select it in your seller account.

You may need to enter a different card. Hopefully after the card issue is settled, you'll be able to upload your documents if need be.

Same problem here. Credit card is valid and Amazon deducted dollars from it but now they say it's invalid. Seller account was deactivated because of this.

It may be there way of saying it is never going to be activated.

The Credit Card advise was good.
Look at the marketplace box (store) in the upper left side of Seller Central. Make sure you are set to the "United States" store.
Check your account details to be sure it is not a verification issue.

Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration that this has caused. As mentioned by some of our experienced sellers, make sure that you have a true credit card on file that can also accept international charges. Upon looking into your account, I do see that you are active, I would also suggest looking into any performance notifications and respond accordingly.
