Hi I don't know what to do I have an item asin: B095XPDPMZ which is a plastic cooler box. The product is not listed as a dangerous product or have any restrictions (I would not of sourced it if it had). Amazon have confirmed numerous times on chat and email that the item is not listed as dangerous or on the database for dangerous goods, however, when I go to ship it states dangerous good unable to use ups partnered carrier. One chat agent said to send them myself via ups which would cost $111 for three coolers instead of the $20 I would pay via printing my own labels and using the partner carrier option. I have opened cases and have been told to check the asin, check the weight, check my address, re try the shipping workflow - I have checked and tried all. The last response to a case I opened stated:

I do not understand this as surely if the item is dangerous it should have a restriction before getting to the shipment page? It is also allowing me to sell via fba just not ship to the warehouse using the amazon partner option. I have checked with ups who said the item is not dangerous and to get amazon to allow you to print a label. I now have a product I don't know what to do with and I am worried other items might have no restrictions on seller central or show on the dangerous goods list but will be on the dangerous list when I come to ship by which point it is to late I have already brought the item.

has anyone else had this problem and got a resolution without the case being closed as answered or resolved when it isn't?
