On June 5th, I followed the prompt link to fill out the questionnaire for appointment video verification, which showed that the submission was successful, but so far there has been no notification to arrange video verification on my side. I emailed Amazon and got no response.

I understand you have questions about the identity verification interview for which you signed up. I want to provide some clarity on the situation and help ease your concerns.

There is no confirmation sent for the verification interview until 24 hours before the time and date of the actual interview.

As long as you submitted the three dates and times of your preference, you are on the right! Now, you just have to wait until you receive the communication with the link to the actual interview.

What three dates and times did you choose? Have all three come to pass?

If all of these dates and times pass and you do not receive the link, this would mean they were unable to schedule the interview. Either way, you will receive an e-mail or performance notification if that does happen.
