It's up to you to provide the proof that it doesn't contain that ingredient.

Hi @Seller_3Fetb1hH3DtPY,
I hope this finds you well!
I understand your listing has been removed due to concerns of being prescription Minoxidil or an unapproved drug containing this as an ingredient.
This restricted product policy takes into account a widely-known drug or any item that contains such ingredients into account, as these types of products are not allowed for sale on Amazon. A drug is a substance that is used to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent diseases in people or animals. Drugs can also be used to change the structure or function of the body, such as to treat some kinds of acne. This is also going to take into consideration claims, specifics words, or even images utilized in the listing or on product packaging into account.
If your product is a drug, its detail pages must include the following information:
- Name of the drug
- Active ingredients
- Image of the drug facts panel, and any “drug facts (continued)” panels if applicable, from the product label
- Detail pages must comply with the approved labeling for the drug.
- Drugs must use the claim “FDA approved” appropriately.
- Drug labels must not use the FDA logo.
Drugs must be labeled in English with the following information:
- Name of the drug
- “Drug facts” panel
- Active ingredients
- Purpose of the drug
- Uses of the drug
- Any required warnings
- Directions for using the drug
- Any other information, as required for the specific product
- Inactive ingredients
- Drugs must use the claim “FDA approved” appropriately.
- Drug labels must not use the FDA logo.
While I understand your product is 100% pure castor oil, I would like to ask you about the information present on the listing or the item itself. Are there any claims that are related to the same effects of Minoxidil?
@Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 is correct here, as all sellers are responsible for ensuring their products remain complaint. You will want to provide evidence that the product does not contain or is not Minoxidil. This can include but is not limited to providing pictures from all sides of the product and packaging, providing a full ingredients list, or even a certificate of analysis from a certified lab testing facility.
If you need further support or have questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to keep utilizing this thread.
All the best,
Stevie

Hello @Seller_3Fetb1hH3DtPY,
Thank you for providing more information for us to review.
From the follow-up response you have shared, it mentions to either remove the prohibited content or to provide additional evidence of compliance. The review team has asked you to upload and image of the product packaging that shows the ingredients, since they mentioned that attachments will not be considered, this suggests that you must upload the ingredients image on the product detail page. Do you currently have an ingredient list image uploaded on the product detail page?
After confirming this, can you share more information in this thread? I look forward to learning more and guiding you further.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
