Section 3 verification - Trying to upload supply chain verification but file size limits are too low

Ok, I know the answer to this has to be simple and I'm just missing something. I received a section 3 verification request and I'm attempting to upload my supply chain documents. You can only upload 1 file, so you've got to cram it all into 1 pdf; however, when I do that it won't allow me to upload it because it says the file size is too large. The maximum file size that can be uploaded is only 4mb. I've tried saving the file with a reduced file size, but the documentation becomes blurry at that point. I'm not sure how to handle this and from what I'm reading you only get 1 shot at getting this right. With my account at risk and about $40k worth of disbursements and inventory I can't risk just uploading a single part of the verification hoping they'll give me a chance to provide the rest later. Could anyone give me an idea of how to proceed?

Thank you for the information provided regarding the details you are trying to submit. The maximum file size should be 10MB but if you are having difficulties, you should have the option to compile the necessary information in a case for our team to transfer.

Once you have this information and the corresponding case ID, you can share it along with any other questions you might have to this thread for support.

Best,
