Can buyer pay shipping for returns?
Hello everyone,
I’m new to selling on Amazon and could really use some advice. I recently launched my store with a product that has a very low profit margin, which makes it difficult to offer free returns. Covering return shipping would really impact my bottom line, so I’d like to know if there’s any way within Amazon’s policies to specify that the buyer should pay for return shipping if they decide to return an item.
If there’s no way around offering free returns, is there a way to set things up so that Amazon doesn’t automatically issue a prepaid return label? In certain cases, I’d rather offer a no-return refund to simplify things for both myself and the buyer.
Thanks in advance for any advice or insights!
