creat removal order problem

I have not been able to create a creat removal order for 4 days.

I'm getting an error message. No one helped in all meetings.

I am sorry to hear this, haven't seen related post to this issue so it must be something from the back-end that might not be working as intended.

But I did notice something interesting with your "Merchant Fulfillment Network" status under your account, it seems you are currently blocked for that, I suspect that might be the reason you aren't able to create removal orders.

Did you open a case with seller support about this issue? I would strongly suggest extending this investigation to have further insight on how to clarify this, you may do so by the following link:

I write to seller support every day, but there is absolutely no answer or solution. Seller support really does not solve many issues. That's why we contact many times and it wastes time seller support. It's really a huge waste of time and work for Amazon, but Amazon doesn't understand this. Totally simple answers.

Amazon sends me notifications to remove the products, but I cannot do so.

case id ID 15818987981

There is a problem with my account. 140 different inventories are reserved and inactive, but 25 of my products are active.

Even if my account is suspended, why are 25 different fnsku active?

I write about this problem as well, but no one helps.

Currently, Amazon is making many updates to the panels, so my account is in an uncertain state due to a technical software problem.

We haven't been able to create any removal orders for over two months. Unfulfillable inventory has been going to disposal because we can't create the removal order.

I have been trying to explain to seller support this is a bug. Asking them to pass it to the tech team. But what I get back is "the product posed a safety issue, so we disposed of it"!

Nevermind that the product has been selling since 2015, and until 2 months ago we could create removal orders.

Nevermind that there's no chance that the product poses a safety issue.

Just another day, another copy/paste canned answer with no resolution.
