Suspected Intellectual Property violation warning email
I received an email overnight from Amazon saying I had a listing (didn't specify which one) that has a suspected intellectual property violation. The link in the email that goes to Account Health->Product Policy Compliance page and filtered for "Suspected Intellectual Property Violations" shows an empty list with the words: "Zero policy violation warnings". The account health is green, not a single tick in the Account Health Rating Policy Compliance home page. When I ask Seller Central to "Call me", the call never comes and it says it disconnected. Is this a bot gone wild or is there another way to figure out what they're referring to? Anyone else push the "Call me" button and the call never comes?

I had this happen once. The violation with ASIN finally appeared a couple months later, backdated to the notice date, and stuck there for the 180 days.
Hopefully in your case an Amabot got it wrong and you're OK.
That said. I think your titles should be OK, but could be better written to prevent a possible bot issue.
Instead of "Compatible with {brand1} and {brand2}" I might write it as "Compatible with {brand1} and Compatible with {brand2}."
A list of brands should not flag the bot. However, I can see it happening when it doesn't see "Compatible with" in front of the brand/trademark.
Note: When making genuine claims that a product is compatible with a trademarked product, use either of these terms that indicate compatibility as listed above, in the bullet point and product description as well.

I put this here in case it happens to someone else...after opening a case with Seller Support, they pointed out that the violation occurred in the Canada Marketplace. The text of the notification never mentioned that and the link the notification gave went to the US Marketplace where no warnings were listed. I've made some very minor changes to make sure there is complete redundancy, sentence to sentence, to make sure no context is lost and 'compatible' is absolutely everywhere.

I tried the call feature before and it never works. The next best way is to email support.

Hello @Seller_9p9qEneqHCsVr
Thank you for the information provided regarding the violation you received the email over. I understand you are not seeing anything on the dashboard for it. In some cases, it can up to 24 hours for a violation to show on the dashboard.
Alternatively, do you sell in other marketplaces? It could be possible that the violation is located on a different marketplace. Be sure to double check each one to ensure it isn’t located there.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, continue to refer here for support.
Best,
Atlas

Isn't an intellectual property violation "infringement" up to the courts to decide, not Amazon?
Check the source of the email.

Do you sell into different countries? I ran into the same thing once and didn't have anything in my US account, but had one in my Canada account. Might want to check there as well.
