Amazon support is not helping not to me not to client

Hello, I am writing here because this is my last chance.

My client has been opened the claim by mistake, we resolved with him problem, and he send to amazon official request that he wants to cancel claim.

In a-z claims I have been wrote about it and asked support to check the communication with client. They ignored this fact and has been deflected my account rate.

I want to remind that we resolved all problems with client, and he wanted to cancel the claim.

I have been wrote about this to support, but they ignored this fact. Right now my account is effected, support is not listening to me and they ignoring official request from client!!

can someone helping me?? this is really not fair situation

As the buyer initiated the A-to-Z Claim, it is the buyer who needs to cancel it from their end. While Seller Support is here to help you as a Seller, Customer Service is here to help our buyers.

If your buyer doesn't know how to cancel the A-to-Z Claim, you can share the instructions with them here:

Cancelar una solicitud para un reembolso de Garantía de la A a la Z

Once the A-to-Z Claim is reverted by the buyer, you may reach out to an Account Health Specialist from Seller Central, under the Performance tab, in the Account Health section. In the top right corner, you will see a yellow 'Call me now' button.

If your buyer needs assistance with the steps from the help page, they can reach out to a Customer Service specialist, and if you need assistance with the Call me now button, Seller Support will be available to guide you.

The customer in this case, can no longer modify the claim, and only an area that no one knows and no one has direct contact.

It is the same one that gives in favor of the buyer the claims under the guarantee from A to Z, the same one that does not remove the effects on the account due to its ridiculous 1%.

No matter how much you communicate with the supposed help to the seller, the most they tell you is that they cannot do anything about it, you just have to wait 60 days for that 1% to be renewed.

While sales fall a lot, since buyers no longer see the buy button, and if they go down I dare to say sales a lot.

But those who set those rules do not care, if it were so they would have already done something about it and more than as you mention, on many occasions it is not your fault as sellers, and even so, without justification and with absurdity, they leave it
