We have charged your credit card for $xx.xx in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance.

I've had a seller account for many years and never had this happen. No idea why they would suddenly be charging my credit card. I have no returns or refunds on my seller account. Payments from customers include postage for all my sales, and so postage should be more than covered.

What the heck is going on?

Hi @Seller_zikKGUYceE0LI

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for your question.

The charge can be related to an outstanding charge related to shipping fees, any storage used (if any), claims or chargebacks.

You can match the amount from the e-mail in your Transaction View to see what is it related to.

If it still doesn't make sense, you can reach out to seller support directly, they will be able to look into this on their end.

Best,

Connor
