RDU4 Fayettevile NC Rejecting shipments becuase "No room for freight"
I have a shipment that was delivered to Fayetteville NC through a non-partnered carrier, the broker is telling me the warehouse rejected the load because they told the driver "they had no more room for freight". Seller support is telling me I have to contact the carrier and have it returned and cancel the shipment, however when I put this on Seller Central it split to 2 locations, one of which is already shipped and in receiving. I cant just cancel one location, it has to be the whole shipment. If Amazon is expecting an influx of shipments, shouldnt they have mentioned that there would be no room for our product? I currently have 4 trucks for this same location scheduled next week, now I'm not sure what to do

We have the same issue with RDU4. Inventory has been delayed for a month due to "not accepting shipments." It is crazy. FWIW, for LTL, we will only now ship with a partnered carrier. Once the partnered carrier picks up the shipment, Amazon takes accountability for the inventory. If it is not received or if there is a discrepancy, it is much easier to get paid for the inventory. For a non-partner carrier, Amazon has to receive the product.
