ASIN Blocked Again After 5 Months Despite Full Health & Safety Compliance

Hello fellow sellers,

I'm facing a serious issue with one of my ASINs that I believe Amazon should have resolved long ago — hoping someone here has been through this or can suggest next steps.

This product was initially blocked for health and safety compliance reasons. I fully understand the importance of customer safety, so I submitted all required documentation, including:

A valid FDA certificate proving the product meets all relevant health standards

A Letter of Compliance from the manufacturer on official letterhead

Instruction manuals in both English and French to meet bilingual labeling requirements

Clear product images and SKU details matching the Amazon listing

After being inactive for over 5 months, the listing was finally reactivated — but then blocked again just a few weeks later without any further request or explanation.

Now it has been almost half a year since this ordeal began. I’ve reached out to Amazon Regulatory several times, but keep getting copy-paste responses saying the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is still reviewing it and there’s no timeline.

Meanwhile, 104 units are stuck in FBA, and my business is suffering because I can’t sell or even plan properly. I’ve done everything by the book. If there’s a real safety issue, they haven’t said what it is. And if there isn’t, why is my listing still blocked?

This is exhausting. Has anyone here been through something similar? Is there any escalation path that worked for you?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

FDA is a US agency, and you are posting in the Canadian Seller Marketplace. The FDA has no power in Canada as they are a US agency.

Your product needs to meet Canadian federal government safety standards.
