What happened on IAH3 Warehouse?, I don't have more information of my products since 30th. December
Translation: I have two boxes that have been in the reception process since December 30th, and there is no further information. It is stock replenishment material, and my sales have dropped by more than 70%. I don't have material in PRIME because they have not distributed my items.
It's embarrassing. I could have requested the investigation on January 19th, and they have postponed it until January 25th.
Can someone inform me about what is happening in that warehouse? I greatly appreciate it.

Hello @Seller_MNtrC0O5RPd7o, the investigation date may be pushed back if the fulfillment center is still processing your shipment. That being said, I'm happy to take another look. What is the shipment ID?
