Amazon Support not replying to my messages

Hello Amazon Performance Team,

I have opened the discussion about my account activation but after one reply, I have not gotten any other reply from the Amazon person while I have sent many messages and my account is still deactivated.

This is a very bad experience with Amazon support because they are not responding to my messages properly.

Can anyone help me complete in this process to reactivate my account?
