I HAVE A PRODUCT WHICH HAS BEEN CLASSIFIED AS NHP WARRANTING AN NPN. I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY PRODUCT IS INDEED NHP AND PROVIDED AMAZON WITH LIVE IMAGES REFLECTING NPN AND LIST OF INGREDIENTS AND OTHER CORE INFORMATION. YET PEOPLE AT RESTRICTED PRODUCTS TEAM DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH AND REPEAT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND ASK ME TO PROVIDE NPN.

THIS CASE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 13th AUGUST 2024. THEY DO NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE SIMPLE FACT THAT I AGREE WITH AMAZON's CLASSIFICATION AND I AM PROVIDING THEM WITH ALL THE DETAILS THAT THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PROVIDE!

JUST SEE THE FOLLOWING SAMPLE FROM THE SERIES OF MY EMAIL EXCAHNGES WITH RESTRICTED PRODUCTS TEAM, THEY SEEM TO HAVE NO CLUE. THEY DO NOT TELL ME IF THEY NEED ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BUT KEEP ON REPEATING NONSENSE THAT MY PRODUCT IS NHP AND IT NEEDS NPN, EVEN AFTER I TELL THEM MULTIPLE TIMES THAT I AGREE WITH AMAZON'S CLASSIFICATION OF THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED THE NPN, IMAGES REFELCTING NPN AND LIST OF INGREDIENTS ON THE PRODUCT!

ME: Attached are the images reflecting NPN, list of ingredients and other important information. The same images are also uploaded to detail page. I want someone [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] to handle this case. This product is an NHP. I am not disputing the fact that this is a NHP. I am providing all the images that will establish that this product is indeed NHP. So review the images carefully and if something is missing EXPILICTLY TELL ME WHAT IS MISSING, INSTEAD OF SENDING THE SAME STUPID BLURB ON A LOOP!
