Amazon Split (USA, CANADA, MEXICO)

Upon reading on other people have had similar issues where if you have these account you will be charged the $39.99 split into these 3 accounts on your billing statement.

My issue is that beside this being extremely confusing is there anyway to shut down the other stores? I do not even have products list in MX or CANADA.

For account issues I never can tell what the expense is on my reports how can I specifically download the transaction for these? Do I have to login to these accounts individually and look them up?

Is there any way to merge these so I can get one charge of $39.99 just to make it easier to look at? I know I closed down before my MX and CA account with the help of one of the reps and I asked them is this going to mess up my USA account? They said no its going to do nothing. Long and behold I now had no capacity space and had to upgrade back to the professional account ( basically had to add credit cards again to the MX and CA accounts)

Does AMAZON FBA make it extremely hard to understand your information on purpose?

If anyone can just steer me correctly and she some light on this please.

Put the unwanted accounts on Vacation, and fully delete any listings on those marketplaces. This should make the entire amount come just from your .com account.

Be sure that when you create new listings, you do not allow Amazon to add them to the other marketplaces.

If you do not want to sell on those platforms, Nisha has the right idea - put your account in Vacation mode for those countries.

If you miss deselecting when listing a certain product (it's easy to do) and a sale goes through, you may be in the red. At the very least, check your shipping allowances. You can also increase your pricing by a certain percentage on those platforms.

I sell mostly books, and have pretty good luck with Canadian orders. I am in Vacation mode for Mexico. I have had some shipping/delivery issues and I prefer to just steer clear of that MarketPlace. But, you're mileage may vary.

Hello @Seller_2guR3tlUyzftD,

Thank you for your post. I am here to help assist and break it down for you. When you have the professional account, you gain access to the NA unified account. With a North America and Brazil Unified Account, you can conveniently switch between Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.com.mx, and Amazon.com.br seller tools in Seller Central to list products and manage orders in all stores.

So the $39.99 monthly fee is split between each country which is why you will see charges from those corresponding countries.

If you still have additional questions, please respond in this chat or open a seller support case.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Micah
