Ridiculous A to Z Claims for Late Deliveries DURING A STRIKE. CUSTOMER IS KEEPING MONEY & GOODS, UNFAIR!

Amazon is not even reading claims, they just refund the customer and let them keep the goods which is pure fraud.

Delays are expected...there was a postal strike for over a month in Canada and it has affected ALL shipping companies and ALL businesses, it varies zip code to zip code but some places are extremely delayed and we have no control over it. If Amazon is just going to refund everyone while letting them keep the goods then they should've just not accepted sales, this is crazy.

These are just some, we're still appealing the others but expect the same results. Amazon is basically enabling fraud on their platform, some of these buyers have figured out the a to z claim loophole and keep ordering from us. If Amazon wants to enable fraud on their platform, np, but it should be Amazon funded, not seller funded. We have never received 1 item back from a to z claims, customers always keep the order and their money, it's ridiculous and I expect some sort of solution!

I am deeply dissatisfied with the resolution provided regarding the delayed shipment due to the Canada Post strike. Despite the refund being issued to the buyer, they have now received the product but are not responding to my attempts to recover payment or facilitate a return. This situation has unfairly impacted me as a seller, as I have essentially been forced to give away my product at no cost to the buyer.I rented and shipped the product in good faith, and due to circumstances beyond my control (i.e., the Canada Post strike), the delay occurred. It is unfair that sellers are left bearing the cost while buyers receive free products, with no accountability enforced.I would like clarification on Amazon’s policy regarding such cases. Specifically f a buyer refuses to pay or return the product after a refund has been granted due to a delay, what protection does Amazon offer sellers?Does Amazon provide compensation to sellers in cases where buyers exploit the system by receiving both a refund and the product? If no resolution is provided, I may be compelled to seek legal recourse, as this situation has resulted in a significant financial loss caused by Amazon’s refund policy being exploited.Buyers have no money still buying and now filing A to z and needed products for free , they are not returning the product .. Amazon asking sellers to recover own there ownI look forward to your prompt responseFollowing are the order id product shipped and wanna recover the products from # 702-5441653-8653022 # 702-7114182-4073863# 702-5758637-6228219# 702-3462191-6169807
