In Seller Central go to Settings (upper right corner).
If you hover your pointer over Settings (rather than click) you should see a dropdown menu. Select Your Info and Policies at the bottom of the list.
The logo image must be a JPG or GIF and exactly 120 pixels wide by 30 pixels tall.
