FBA Shipment by UPS lost

Hello,

My shipment ID:FBA181TJTZT0, shipped on May 24th and there is no updated after May 27 and it haven't moved after that.

I also contacted UPS and they said it is lost but they can not help further since it is created on amazon using amazon partner carrier so amazon have to follow up as well as contact UPS.

I also created case before and told it will be eligible on July 22 but no action taken till now from amazon and the date for shipment become eligible for investigation is delayed from last 4 months.

I am getting same response that shipment is not eligible for investigation.
